Education
Dr. Lecturer Şenyurt Usta earned her PhD in Administrative Sciences from Biruni University in 2022, where her doctoral thesis examined the mediating role of emotional intelligence in the effect of crisis management performance during the COVID-19 period, with specific focus on the healthcare sector. She also holds a non-thesis Master’s degree in Business Administration from Maltepe University (2013), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marmara University (2006), and another Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from Istanbul University (2024).
Academic Career
After completing her doctoral studies, Dr. Şenyurt Usta joined Biruni University’s academic staff, where she progressed through teaching and research roles before being appointed Professor. She holds the administrative position of General Secretary
